Things to keep in mind when visiting beaches in Corsica:
🤿 The water is incredibly clear so it is the perfect place to snorkel! You do not have to venture very far from the shore to run into some fish!Â
🪼 One thing I noticed very quickly is that there are a lot of jellyfish on most of these beaches! Even in the shallows! Luckily the water is clear that you can see them but do take precaution!Â
🌊 If you venture closer to the rockier areas, another thing to keep your eyes peeled for is the urchins. Wearing water shoes isn't a bad idea to be safe!Â
🅿️ For the most part, we found parking very easily but we were visiting during shoulder season. It can be quite crowded and you do have to pay for parking! Sometimes it was also cash only!Â
Cala du chiesa

This is Levezzi Island! One of the top things to do when visiting Southern Corsica! It is a nature reserve that is very isolated, with nothing on the island except nature and the dock to get off the boat. There aren't even garbage cans!
It's known as having the clearest waters in Corsica and I can agree it was incredible! We saw so many fish, even right in the shallows!

Beach Rondinara
@czphoneshome
This was one of my favourite beaches for sure! Since it is located in a bay, we found it to be a lot less windy than some other beaches!
I'd also recommend walking along the shoreline to have a really nice view overlooking the bay!

Palombaggia
@czphoneshome
This is probably the most popular beach on this list as it is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in France!

Plage de Santa Giulia
@czphoneshome
Another one of my faves! I would say I liked this beach more than Palombaggia! The main reason is that since it is in a bay, I found the view from the beach to be really beautiful, with mountains surrounding you!

Plage du petit Sperone
@czphoneshome
Another beautiful white sand beach! It is known as being one of the best beaches on the island! It is a bit smaller than some of the other beaches so do keep that in mind!

Plage du Grand Sperone
@czphoneshome
Our first attempt on coming to this beach was a fail. The GPS was telling us to turn down a private road. We have since learned that to access this beach, you park at the Plage de Petit Sperone and then walk around 20 minutes to access this beach!

Plage de Cala Longa (Arinella di Cala Longa)
@czphoneshome
We personally didn't make it this far across the island but this beach was on my bucket list! It looks super secluded and unique in between narrow rocks!

Plage de Roccapina
@czphoneshome
Another beach is a little out of the way from us, but it's on this list because it is known as being one of the nicest beaches in Corsica!
There is also a really beautiful viewpoint overlooking the water that looks absolutely incredible!

Plage de Piantarella
@czphoneshome
Another beautiful bay in the south of Corsica! There are lots of Grottos to explore in this area as well!

Plage de Balistra
@czphoneshome
If Santa Guilia, Palombaggia, or Rondinara are too crowded, this is another beach very close to the area that is also supposed to be spectacular!

Plage de Tamaricciu

If Santa Guilia, Palombaggia, or Rondinara are too crowded, this is another beach very close to the area that is also supposed to be spectacular!
