📍Chester, UK My travel style is 100% eating and drinking! - I wholeheartedly believe there is no better way to get to know a place. Whether it's budget eating and sniffing out cheap, delicious street food, or splurging on something a little more special. My top-tip for exploring a new place is to try a new taste on Day 1 - sometimes that means a local-run food tour, other times it means hitting the nearest 7/11 and seeing what I can find. Happiest when I'm actively exploring, I'm a water-baby at heart so my preference is always to be near to the beach. I'm open-minded and like to push myself out of my comfort zone (this works well most of the time, and the times it doesn't normally leads to a memorable story at least!) I've been lucky enough to live in some of the most exciting, culture-rich cities in the UK - London, Liverpool & Cardiff. And I now live in Chester (spending a lot of time in Manchester and Liverpool), where I run an Instagram food blog called 'Secret Chester' showcasing the best places to go! I've spent a lot of time backpacking around Asia & Australia, and very nearly took a different path in life with a move to Vietnam. I'm a qualified Advanced PADI scuba diver, I've ziplined through jungles, canyoneered down waterfalls, and fallen out of the raft on white water rapids more times than I'm proud of. Closer to home, I spend a lot of time exploring Europe either solo, with my friends or with my boyfriend. Italy, Montenegro and Croatia have been recent favourites (especially for the food!), but I'm a regular on Ireland's West Coast, and have a favourite pub for Guinness and Trad music. I'd like to think I can offer a bit of everything using my experience, and hope to help you get the most out of your trips!
