"Palasa Beach is a long a wide beach west of the village of Palasa. It’s also the northernmost beach of the Albanian Riviera, just south of the Ceraunian Mountains. The surroundings are really beautiful with a skyline of mountains and the Llogara Pass on the mainland, and the Ionian Sea with it’s clear blue water on the other side.
The area used to be undevelopped, but a large investment project has some serious developments on its way. A residential area is being erected with all kinds of facilities including shops, restaurants and entertainment, a boulevard and a private part of the beach reserved for residents only. Other parts are still accesible to the general public, including a plublic beach and some private beach areas operated by bars."
