What people say

"Watkins Glen is one beautiful gorge to check out. There are tons of waterfalls to admire along the 3 mile (about 5 kilometers) hike. This was one place that I didn't have on my radar to check out, until one of my friends talked about it. Although this place is very popular, it is quite breath taking, and truly beautiful with all of the waterfalls. I would highly recommend if you find yourself on Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes! The Finger Lakes are a beautiful area of New York, it's also an area known for all of the wineries, if you're into wine. Make sure to stop by Geneva too on your way, it's a cute little town. "
"A natural wonder nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, where majestic waterfalls, stunning gorges, and breathtaking landscapes create a captivating setting that beckons outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The Watkins Glen State Park Gorge Trail is 1.5 miles in length and climbs approximately 500 feet in elevation over a series of mostly stone paths and 800 steps."
