"Stuffed baked potatoes, what more could you want?! We tried Kumpir at Patatos on Istiklal Street. You pay for your food in the line on the left hand side of the restaurant, then get back in line on the left to choose your toppings. We got couscous, pickled cabbage, potato salad, olives, and diced pickles on ours but you can choose from so many different toppings. All potatoes come with butter and cheese mixed into the perfectly baked insides. "
