"Vancouver has a very important Asian population, so it's not surprising that its Chinatown district is the largest of all Canada. You will obviously find a lot of Chinese grocery stores and other East Asian restaurants (one of my recommendations DD Mau is in this district).
A really nice place to go to while in Chinatown is the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, a beautiful garden in the middle of the skyscrapers. The entrance costs 16$. "
