I also have my WSET Level One, which is sommelier studies or the beginning of the process of becoming a sommelier. I studied in Niagara on the Lake which is in the Niagara region of Ontario. Niagara Falls isn’t but 20 minutes away. It’s like the Las Vegas of Canada. So tourism and travel to that area is off the charts. From there my heart got called to the Rocky Mountains of Canada. Which is arguably one of the most desired destination spot in North America, never mind the world. We converted a 2022 Ford Transit Van to be our mobile home on wheels. Since we completed Clifford (he's big and red), we've been to Colorado, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Utah, Oregon, Washington, up the Alaskan Highway, and into Alaska. We are on a quest to see all 63 US National Parks, so far we've seen 41 in 2023 and more to come. We were both raised in Colorado but have spent the past 10 years bouncing around New York City, NY, Berlin, Germany, Detroit, Michigan. While those are fantastic places filled with wonderful memories, we are happy to be closer to our families in Colorado.
