"Most people overlook Incheon but it's honestly a great place with some local gems. From the seafood, beaches (Eurwangni Beach, Silmido Beach), and shopping it's a great alternative to Seoul.
If you're a coastal lover and you don't want to head all the way to Busan you can visit Incheon to soak up the sun and catch some waves.
