"Ginger emerged on the scene approximately ten years ago, and it has undoubtedly become a trendy establishment. This eatery offers an enticing array of freshly squeezed juices, seasonal pasta creations, and consistently exceptional dishes. To put it simply, the food impeccably matches the restaurant's aesthetic.
Expect a culinary experience that is refreshingly innovative and beautifully presented. During my visit, I had the pleasure of savoring their Carbonara di Zucca (Pumpkin Carbonara), an autumnal Italian pasta dish akin to the beloved pumpkin spice latte. It was an absolute delight that left a lasting impression.
The restaurant boasts ample outdoor seating, which is consistently occupied by a lively crowd. While making a reservation is a possibility, try simply leaving your name, grabbing a juice, and waiting for around 15 minutes typically secures a table.
The combination of immaculate dishes, inviting outdoor seating, and a chic atmosphere positions Ginger as one of my favorite lunch spots near the esteemed Spanish Steps—perhaps even in all of Rome! Additionally, they have a dedicated coffee bar where you can treat yourself to a rejuvenating espresso. With their extended operating hours, Ginger proves to be a convenient oasis for a much-needed energy boost during your sightseeing escapades."
