What people say

"This picturesque cafe right outside of the city centre will make you fall in love with Helsinki. The cafe is set right next to the sea, so it looks like a little lighthouse almost. There is a fireplace where you can roast marshmallows or make sausages. Seating is outside, so dress warm when trying this adorable cafe in winter! Order a hot chocolate or coffee (no lattes or such, they only offer coffee with or without milk) and don't forget about the kanelipulla! Kanelipulla (kanelbulle in Swedish) is a typical Finnish dessert, we know it as cinnamon buns and let me tell you now, they are so delicious you won't be able to say no to them! 🥧 🚲 Take a bike from the city centre to Regatta and bike along the beach, visit the Temppeliaukio church in a cave and the monument on the way. "
"I felt in love with these typical cinnamon buns that I even took one to the air plane for a goodbye, they are really so delicious. And when speaking about food, you probably already heard that the typical finish food are sausages, fresh cinnamon pastry and black brewed coffee. All of these taste even better sitting by an outside fireplace next to the Baltic Sea. So that’s why put to our list the iconic Cafe Regatta, a great spot to refresh yourself at. Additionally, you can prepare the sausage here by your own, by roasting it on the fire. What an authentic experience! "
"Filter kaffe, varm choklad, kanelbullar, blåbärspaj, piroger och korv. Måndag-söndag 9-21. (Huset byggdes 1887) "
