"A beautiful valley with many posibilities for hiking. We stayed 3 nights in the Selina Hostel, which is really beautiful with a big garden and a river through the hostel. You can join yoga and there are many areas to relax and hang around. We did the Lost Waterfall Trail - it is a 2 hours hike and you see 3 beautiful waterfalls. The entry is a little bit expansive with 10$. You can go up to the starting point with the bus from Boquete to Bajo Mono for 2.50$. There are also many other hikes like the pipeline trail, the pianista or a really big hike up to vulcan Baru."

"Boquete, Panama, is a picturesque town nestled in the highlands of the Chiriquí Province. Known for its cool climate, stunning natural beauty, and thriving coffee industry, Boquete attracts backpackers seeking outdoor adventures and a laid-back atmosphere. Visitors can hike through cloud forests, explore the Barú Volcano National Park, soak in natural hot springs, and indulge in the rich flavours of locally grown coffee. "

"Boquete is a small town in the volcanic region of Panama. The climate here is wetter and cooler than Panama City. Boquete has a large ex-pat community, a plethora of hotels and restaurants, and felt very safe. "
