"The holy grail of Austin bbq. Definitely order the fatty brisket and be prepared to wait hours in line even if you arrive pretty early. They do sell out, so I recommend getting here well before 9am.
The wait makes it a less appealing option in the hot summer months, but you should be able to schedule a pick up order online in advance. Not quite the same, but still good.
