The Chilí páramo is located at 3,800 meters above sea level between the departments of Quindío and Tolima. It is one of the smallest paramos found in the central mountain range, with an area of approximately 6,192 hectares. Its lands are rich in biodiversity and history, as they were inhabited by the indigenous tribe of the Pijaos.
