This spot, which has been selling beef phở for over 100 years, is the Old Quarter's legend.
There's not much to say other than, "Go try it!"
The broth is a little sweeter and more heavily seasoned than other phở places, and the phở noodles are really tender.
Served in small bowls, it makes a perfect breakfast. Join along with hundreds of others who queue here since early morning every single day.

Their dishes are balanced in taste and light on the stomach.

However, officially, the branch has only 3 restaurants, and this one is the original.
Clean broth and wide variations of beef meat make this place special.
