Spitalfields Market
Head to spitalfields market to start your morning. Spitalfields has a wide range of food stalls, drinks stalls, vintage clothes stores, and other restaurants and stores.

Truman Brewery
Go to the food market at the Truman Brewery and try different world flavours.

Vintage shopping Brick Lane
Do some vintage shopping through brick lane where there are loads of vintage clothing shops, bookstores, record stores.

Dark sugars
Get some luxurious hot chocolate from Dark Sugars

Beigal Shop
Try out (both) the beigals if you have the appetite (the salt beef bagel and the classic). There’s a long history and healthy competition between these two shops.

Boxpark Shoreditch
Have a shop and drink at Boxpark Shoreditch, it’s sheltered upstairs as well to grab some food and drinks.

Lunch / Dinner
You are spoilt with choice for food in Shoreditch. The classic favourites include the following:

Lyle’s holds a Michelin star and has a daily changing affordable alacarte lunch or set dinner menu.

The famous Dishoom may be one of my all time favourite restaurants in London! Be sure to get their unlimited Chai (before 5pm). They have so much to offer on their menu, it is worth going to try their breakfast naan roll but also their lunch / dinner menu 😋 The different Dishoom branches also have their individual special dishes so checkout the online menu.

Padella is one of my other favourite restaurants in London! After their extremely successful branch at Borough market, they finally opened a second branch in Shoreditch. Their pastas are freshly handmade everyday. Be sure to try the cacio e pepe, beef Ragu papardelle, and their seasonal pastas.

BAO opened this latest branch in Shoreditch which includes their signature Bao’s as well as some delicious Taiwanese dishes (rice and noodles).

Gloria by the Big Mamma group was the first of their branches to open in London. Famous for their cheese wheel carbonara, truffle pasta, and giant lemon meringue pie, it is also extremely aesthetic and Insta worthy 🤭

London is known for their authentic Thai restaurants, and Smoking Goat is one of them! Be prepared for some spicy and flavourful dishes 🔥
Drinks
End your night with many options for drinks including speakeasy’s, jazz bars, nights out

Discount suit company is a cute speakeasy on an inconspicuous lane in Shoreditch. It has affordable and delicious cocktails and a cute underground vibe. Make sure you book as it is quite a small venue!

Nightjar is perhaps the most famous bar in London. Famous for their live music and eclectic drinks, be sure to book early.
