Tired of doing the same ole' stuff in Nashville every weekend? This guide will give you some cool, different, and unique things for you to do in and around Nashville that you may have never heard of.
Looking for places to eat that you'd never heard of? Here are some of my top recommendations for places to grab a bite and feel the vibes.
eat
Redheaded Stranger
Redheaded Stranger is in East Nashville and is an absolute GEM. The vibes here are high, with delicious food and drinks.
You can mix and match different tacos, order a crunchwrap, or even a burger. Something that's different about this place is you can order queso and guac, but they serve it with soft tortillas. NO CHIPS.
While you are there, be sure to try the Dr. Pepper Hot sauce and ask for a mixture of the Mango (has a nice lil kick to it) and Strawberry margaritas!

Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint Germantown
If you love a good smash burger, you HAVE to go to Jack Brown's (specifically the Germantown location because it's just... better). Not only do they have just your basic cheeseburger, they have several speciality burgers as well. I highly recommend the Cobra Kai (burger topped with cream cheese, jalepeno jelly, and pickled jalepenos). If you are there, you better be dipping your fries in the house made JB sauce!!

Degthai
If you are into Thai food, then you better check this place out. Starting out as a food truck, this restaurant has brought itself global attention and now has it's own location in Nashville off Nolensville Rd. They like to call it "street food." One of their most popular items is Red Curry.

Village Pub and Beer Garden
This place is so SICK. Come enjoy a draft beer and delicious meal at Village Pub. Not only is there food delicious, they have a huge selection of draft beers and specialty cocktails. They have lots of outdoor space for seating so it's a great spot for the summer. They are most known for their stuffed pretzel sandwiches.

Rosepepper Cantina
If you live in or around Nashville, you've probably heard of or eaten at Rosepepper. It's a gem that I could not pass up including. The thing that keeps me coming back to the Rosepepper is the queso and those house margs. They make their margaritas fresh daily, with freshly squeezed lime juice (none of that extra sugary mixes). Which, if you are wondering, makes them much stronger.

This is a UNIQUE bar experience. They don't even have a cocktail menu posted so you just have to wait and see the best options when you get there! It's a small little spot, so it is first come first serve. They do allow you to put your name on a waiting list and circle back when it's your turn. The vibes are HIGH here!
