Amsterdam The Crane by YAYS
@awanderlustforlife
This super unique apartment is on KNSM island just east of Amsterdam Central Station. It has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a kitchen. If you can climb ladder-type stairs, the second bedroom is a crazy experience! And it has a hidden toilet so you don't have to go down ladder-steps in the middle of the night...but you better be cozy with your roommate for it!

SWEETS hotel Amstelschutsluis
@awanderlustforlife
SPLURGE ON THIS! If you can, stay here. It will be one of, if not, the most unique and romantic stays you'll experience. It's in the middle of the Amstel river and a boat captain drops you off. It's insanely amazing.

Hotel de Windketel

Next to Westerpark, you'll find this little apartment among regular apartments. So even though it's a unique place to stay, it's in a very local spot, which, in itself, is quite a unique experience.

Hi! I'm Jessica and I've been living in Amsterdam since 2014! If you're a fellow Foodie | Wino | Experience-collector, then I can help you plan your next European getaway. I travel at least 100 days a year, I've been to 26+ different countries, 11 of 12 provinces in the Netherlands, and if you are looking for Amsterdam recommendations, I'm happy to share my 10 years experience. While Amsterdam is my home and therefore my specialty, my husband and I travel frequently to Italy, and London, and have travel experiences all over the globe. I'm ready to use that experience to save you time, and more importantly, frustration.
