Mothership coffee roasters is incredibly cute. I went to their Henderson location, but Fremont looks awesome too.
Makers and Finders is more of a cafe than a coffee shop, but they have an extensive menu and everything looked delicious.

Lovely owners, and a huge collection of great things to peruse.
