Texas‑style bbq from this Mississippi food truck outside German beer hall Prost. Lots of other food and drink options around if you want a full smorgasbord (see little conejo and desi pdx). But just go whole hog here with a mix of 1/2 meats, the beef ribs if they have ‘em and any of the sides. We’re partial to the brisket and the spicy queso mac.

This may sound suspiciously similar to the last place. Same owner, same tasty smoked meats but slapped into homemade flour tortillas and topped with deliciousness. Everything is amazing. If you’re feeling wild, go for the queso supremo and chips.
