This is a comprehensive service to create a customized and unique travel itinerary for your next trip to Italy.
How it works:
✔️ First step, please fill out this short questionnaire so I can make your trip as custom as possible.
We begin by getting to know you, your travel preferences, and your desired destinations. We'll discuss your interests, budget, and any specific requirements you might have.
✔️ Once I receive the questionnaire, I'll create a proposal on Thatch.
Your proposal includes an intro to your destinations, an itinerary outline, transportation details, and any activities that need immediate booking. Includes one round of revision.
✔️ Pay the fee via Thatch.
50% of the cost is due once the proposal is accepted, and 50% is due at the final itinerary delivery.
All payments will be taken on the Thatch app through Stripe, their payment processor.
✔️ Itinerary planning:
I'll create a detailed itinerary that includes all of the must-see sights, hidden gems and local experiences that align with your preferences.
All spiced up with my personal or local experts' insider's touch: recommendations for the best restaurants, bars, and cafes, as well as off-the-beaten-path experiences, that will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the local culture.
✔️ Delivery:
Your one-of-a-kind custom itinerary will be delivered to your email via a Thatch link within one week of the proposal approval.
You have two options:
1️⃣ Receive your custom travel itinerary as a Thatch board within one week with direct links for you to book all the logistics, activities and various tourist services on your own easily and conveniently. This is a good solution if you are used to and feel confident with booking online platforms.
2️⃣ Receive your custom travel itinerary within one week and let's proceed to the booking process with my assistance through a fully registered travel agency that I'm affiliated with, at no extra cost for you. This is the best choice if you want to further save time and effort and get your trip fully planned and organized from start to finish completely hassle free.
