Head towards Botin restaurant (the oldest restaurant in the world!)

Founded in 1725, Botin is the oldest restaurant in the world according to Guinness World Records. Be sure to book in advance and get the suckling pig and roasted lamb. Don’t forget to also give their house wine a try.

This is a tiny restaurant / bar but extremely popular among both locals and tourists. I’d recommend going before they open or at odd timings (however, they may sell out their Croquetas / tortillas if you go too late)! It is definitely worth going early for this.
