In Greece, like in some other places, It is part of our culture and consider yourself lucky if you ever have this opportunity.

Picture yourself near the water or even at the beach ..cooking and signing and letting yourself absorb the aura from the Aegean sea.
Think of a group of people celebrating life, without any specific reason, just that ..getting together over the food.
This is what I visualize when I hear the word ''authentic experience''
