Hi! My name is Aleks and I have been full-time travelling for the last 7 years. During that time I visited 4 continents and 37 countries and am still discovering more. My travels started during my university years, which often meant a tight budget. Instead of giving up travel I just decided to become resourceful and find the perfect itineraries that still fit my tight budget and let me explore the world. On this account, I will be sharing many of the tips and tricks I learned along the way as well as full itineraries that I did and you can follow. My first years of travel were typical backpacking style, hostels, moving from place to place many people and experiences. But as time went by I was also able to do more comfort travel, renting a car with friends and going on road trips. Either way, before every trip, I spend weeks planning and researching and it's one of my favourite parts of the adventure. However, I know it can be overwhelming and tedious at times so I decided to share my research and my itinerary with you. At the moment I still mostly do backpacking-style trips - many destinations, constantly on the move and discovering as much as possible. So if you are looking for an active itinerary you found a perfect place! ✨Testimonials ✨ 'Wow. I am super impressed by the itinerary designed by you. You are meticulous and consider all requirement from us and also consider other aspect. The itinerary format is superb and very easy to read. A lot of effort is done in this itinerary. I have never seen any itinerary as good as your. Thank you! 😊😊'

The Laugavegur Trail is probably Iceland's most famous hiking trail that showcases some of Iceland's most stunning natural landscapes. The trail stretches approximately 55 kilometers (34mi) from Landmannalaugar to Þórsmörk. Often the trail is combined with the Fimmvörðuháls, which adds another 25 kilometers to Skógar on the ocean in the south. The terrain is extremely varied. You pass through black lava fields, along geothermal areas with steamy vents and boiling hot springs, over colorful mountains, by white glaciers, through lush green valleys and by some of Iceland's biggest waterfalls. This guide includes the route and campsites as seen in my Youtube film and is suitable for beginner and experienced backpackers. It is suitable for both camping, as well as overnighting in the refuges along the way. What this guide includes: - A flexible itinerary for different lengths and difficulty levels - Distances, best overnight (camping) options, and other useful waypoints - Custom Google Maps with all the important locations, such as campsites, grocery stores, airports, trails, public transport stops, and viewpoints - GPX-tracks of all the routes - Practical information on how to get there, how to get around, when to go, trail conditions, weather, geography, and more. - Detailed descriptions of the trekking route, including landmarks, terrain, and elevation changes. Iceland is the land of fire and ice. This volcanic island is a natural marvel with insane natural beauty, friendly people, good food, and neverending opportunities for adventures. Many guides I've seen for Iceland are focused specifically on photographers - where to go for the perfect shot, at what time of day. I too, love taking photos and trust me, I took a million when I visited Iceland. But getting the perfect shot wasn't always the priority, experiencing the country and just enjoying exploring it was. So I put together this 10-day itinerary, reflective of the trip that I took for those of you who just want to see the country, go on some hikes, soak in hot springs, eat good food, and. enjoy yourself. When I did this trip, I traveled in a car with 5 friends. So many of the logistics regarding accommodation center around the Airbnbs that we stayed in. If you're traveling with fewer people or by van, you'll need to figure out your own accommodation or campsite options - but that information is easy to find online. Also, you'll definitely need your own vehicle. I suggest getting something with 4x4 or AWD capabilities because this itinerary includes the full Ring Road of Iceland and some of the roads are not the best, especially if there's snow. I did this trip in March, so there was a lot of snow on the roads. Later in the summer would probably be easier, but it's doable in March. The itinerary: This trip is 10 days long, including 6 days around Ring Road. If you don't have 10 days, you could always cut one or more of the days where you're based in Reykjavik or one of the days in Vik to shorten the Ring Road drive. I listed out the specific restaurants and accommodations that I stayed at. Of course, do with them what you will. If you want to try something else, that's your choice :) Buy this guide if: - You have 8-10 days to visit Iceland. - Feel comfortable driving yourself around the country. - Want to take photos but don't necessarily need that to be your number one priority the entire trip. - Enjoy adventure & are down to just go for it.
