Ah, Bordeaux - known to many for its wine! Bordeaux is located in the Southwest corner of France and is a destination in France I am quite familiar with.

Provence:
The Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region is quite large and can be broken into 3 sections: the Provence section, the Alps and the Côte d'Azur.
When visiting this region of France, I HIGHLY recommend trying to dedicate enough time to each section because they are so incredibly unique and diverse!
Below you can find all of my personal guides and itineraries for the PROVENCE part of this region. Think small villages, lavender and beaches!!

You can’t visit Provence without making a trip to Aix-en-Provence! This was another fun city to explore and wander around!
I found that Aix has a really nice, laid-back atmosphere in the city. No one was in a rush, and everyone seemed to just be out enjoying themselves. It is much bigger than the other villages on this list which is a nice change of pace!

Lille is located north of Paris right on the border with Belgium - and it just so happens to also be my current home for the past 2 years.

Alsace is the eastern region of France that shares a border with Germany! It is filled with some of the cutest fairytale villages in the entire country! This is where you NEED to visit during the holiday season - it is known for its Christmas Markets!
In this guide, you can find some of my favourite places to visit in the region! It's just as enchanting in the summer as it is in the winter so these tips can be adapted to all seasons!
